... is this piece on Gallipoli and Churchill by Ross Cameron. You might notice that it's from 2011. For whatever reason, RealClearHistory is linking to it on it's front page. Regardless, I've read the above piece several times now and I just can't seem to process the argument, that apparently victory in Gallipoli would have somehow prevented the Russian Revolution (which is problematic, since victory in Gallipoli was, I think, a fantasy from the get-go). Am I missing something. Because this vexes me. I'm terribly vexed...
