Honestly, this sound like something the UN would do.
If I'm following it correctly, it would seem that a $40,000 bribe would no longer be illegal. And can you imagine the potential impact this might have on building code enforcement?On the plus side, traffic court is going to be largely done. It also will halt all investigations for pending corruption offenses, will prevent further cases related to these offenses to be brought into justice and could free some officials who are in prison for corruption.
