A story that brings all of our favorite topics together (minus Trump), it's about a Harvard professor--Ronald Fryer--who may or may not be getting railroaded out of town (figuratively speaking) for sexual misconduct that may or may not have happened. Here's the story: www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2019/01/27/harvard_the_new_york_times_and_the_metoo_takedown_of_a_black_academic_star.htmlIt's a long, detailed read and--in my view--makes Harvard and the NYT look exceedingly bad. And to be fair, RCI adds this bit at the end of the piece (about the author): But even allowing for some bias, there seems to be some really problems in all of this, imo. Thoughts?

Stuart Taylor Jr. & KC Johnson have done a lot of great reporting on Title IX which is what I believe this falls under.
His report makes it pretty clear, eye witness statements that favor Fryer aren't nearly as convincing as non eyewitness statements. People who have no reason to lie are less credible than people with reason to lie.
He's lucky they even talked to the eye witnesses.
