Yep. It's entered the lexicon, just like pulling a Munson.

Well, Smollett's entire defense has been a clown show. Not surprising that a BLM clown's defense of him is equally as absurd.

I just want to be sure I'm clear on things.
1. Kyle Rittenhouse, a white dude, shoots three other white dudes. Because white supremacy.
2. Jussie Smollett, a black dude, hires two other blacks dudes to fake an assault on him. Because white supremacy.
Am I up to speed?

"because white supremacy" is the woke left's response to pretty much everything these days.

Verdict is being handed down right now. I'm watching the live updates, so don't have a link yet, but apparently he's been found guilty on 5 of 6 counts of felony disorderly conduct. I'm not sure why he wasn't guilty on the 6th count, though. Each count has a max penalty of 3 years and $25,000 fine. I doubt he'll do any jail time but it sure would be nice because it would hopefully discourage other race crime hoaxers (and there have been many over the past 5 years) from pulling this kind of bullshit in the future.

I think there's a fair chance he might get six months or the like. He's proven himself to be a world class dirtbag.
That said, this whole extended mess is the fault of Kim Foxx, I think. Her stupidity ultimately cost Smollett, who could have taken a slap on the wrist and gotten on with life if he'd been required to man up and tell the truth in exchange for the charges being dropped.
Beyond that, the verdict is not only flushing out the professional race merchants, but also some douchey pols. Look at this pos:
That's intentional ignorance, imo. Wallace didn't stage a fake hate crime, he didn't set up any sort of hoax. Dimwits at NASCAR--eager to get some woke cred--set him up to look foolsih. He made a few bad statements, true, but he's nothing like Smollett.

abcnews.go.com/Entertainment/wireStory/jussie-smollett-learn-fate-staged-attack-conviction-83342453Looks like Mr. Smollett is set to be sentenced tomorrow. Here are the questions. 1) Will he admit fault? 2) Will he be sentenced to prison time? 3) Should be sentenced to prison time? I've come to feel that prison should be reserved for more extreme cases. On the one hand, if the cops hadn't done their job properly, they might have harassed some innocent person. Smollett didn't try to pin the blame on anyone in particular. However, he hasn't owned what he did. And if it weren't for who he was, I imagine he'd see the inside of a cage. Thoughts?

I think this is all the fault of Kim Foxx at this point. She she have gotten him to admit guilt, in exchange for a differed prosecution (whioch would basically mean no jail or the like). Now, he's got dumbasses around him--like his lawyers--who convinced him he could skate because of her stupidity.
If he has the integrity to admit the truth, that could be the end of it, imo. If he won't do that, I won't lose any sleep if he gets jail time.

Probably not. 3. Hell yes. People need to be taught that there are consequences for staging these stupid "blame evil whitey" race hoaxes or else they'll continue to be the go-to grift for woke attention whores (and there have been a LOT of these hoaxes over the past few years). What you permit, you promote.

150 days in jail starting right fucking now. 30 months probation. Pay like $150 grand in fines and restitution.
And he's claiming he's innocent...and not suicidal (I suppose he thinks he'll get killed in jail, probably because "gay").

I'm honestly kinda shocked he got more than a slap on the wrist, let alone any jail time. But, good. That asshole deserves it, though I wish he'd gotten 1 year rather than 5 months.
Wasn't at all surprised that he showed no contrition or remorse and still claims he's innocent. I had to shake my head at his melodramatic outbursts. The last pathetic attempts to craft himself as a victim of social injustice, and as the potential victim of "another" hate crime when he gets jail (which would likely be just as fake as the one he's going there for). What a delusional, narcissistic POS.
The judge really laid into him before sentencing, which was a bit surprising but refreshing to see.
I'm sure it's wishful thinking on my part, but I hope we never have to hear from this clown ever again. Just go away and stay there.
