LOL, Mollie Hemingway is about to get cancelled by the moron-Right (the inverse of the woke-Left), simply because she retweeted a piece at The Federalist that doesn't loudly proclaim that Trump really won and Powell was going to save him:

Many LOLs here:
Oh my! There are Chinese-made parts in an electronic device, stop the effing presses! I wonder if this brain surgeon knows there are Chinese-made parts in pretty much every such device she owns or uses...

If twitter doesn't make you weep for humanity, nothing will.

To be fair, Placerville is a critical swing district, what with a population of almost 60 people, 14 chickens, 2 goats, and 1 cow...

Canada uses paper and pencil ballots that are all hand-counted. They hardly ever have the litany of problems the US has (at least in terms of voting).

What's truly scary--imo--is that these sorts of problems occur most frequently in small districts. We're talking 300,000 ballots to be counted here. How could they not be finished the day after the election? How hard is it to put all of the mailed in ballots in the same fucking box?
I think we should scrap all of the electronic voting machines and go back to paper ballots, fill in the bubble style. The only votes that won't get counted are those from people incapable of following direction, and that's perfectly fair.

I mean, relative to a lot of Trumpers, she probably IS an intellectual and legal powerhouse. It's tough not to look like one in the eyes of fools when standing on stage with the likes of Giuliani and his ilk.

But you know, there is something to Powell/Avenatti comparisons, I think. I remember people on the left being so pro-Avenatti for quite some time when he was going after Trump. They thought he was the Second Coming, and he was just a douchey fraud who cheated his clients. But in the beginning, they really thought he was a top legal mind.

Maybe it's that stupid people always think lawyers who seem to be on their side must be uber-smart. That's kinda the basis for the ambulance-chaser commercials, after all.

I think for people with extreme ideologies, anyone who seems to be on "their side" is an awesome warrior of truth. They'll rally behind anyone who think they think will help them "own the Dems/Repubs."
