The world is so much simpler than people make it out to be. Most people are also so much simpler than they make themselves out to be. Just sayin'.

If Cassandra moderates in moderation, then I think we will all be moderately pleased. At least those of us who are moderate will be. And that's all I'm going to say about that. Regarding the study, I'm wondering if the dietary recs we've all heard over the years to lower dietary fats in order to avoid heart disease are implicated here. People used that advice and ended up, instead, eating high carb diets, which in turn lead to weight gain and metabolic syndrome. And that's no good. So here we are back to moderation as the wisdom of the day. Moderation in diet, with a variety of different types of foods, and regular exercise, is probably the way to go for good health.

Most people are also so much simpler than they make themselves out to be. Just sayin'. If I were not aware of the profound adulation with which you regard me, I might misconstrue that as an insult. But of course, knowing you as I do, I realize it is merely an observation on the truthfulness and sincerity of humanity in general.
