Pretty decent (and long overdue) spanking of Farrow's skills as a journalist (e.g., his general lack of legit/credible experience before his Weinstein story, his penchant for sloppy fact-checking and indulgence of conspiracy theories, etc.).

If you can't get access, here's a blog post covering it: whyevolutionistrue.wordpress.com/2020/05/18/the-new-york-times-finds-troubling-flaws-in-ronan-farrows-reporting/
And another from increasingly-fringy (and cringey) Glen Greenwald: theintercept.com/2020/05/18/ben-smiths-nyt-critique-of-ronan-farrow-describes-a-toxic-corrosive-and-still-vibrant-trump-era-pathology-resistance-journalism/
However, one should keep in mind that Ben Smith (the author) is former editor-in-chief of BuzzFeed "News" and is the one responsible for them publishing the Steele Dossier. I'm not trying to poison the well, just adding some context to his pointing out the obvious bias of another journalist when his own hands are certainly dirty from the same types of offense.
[Farrow’s] work, though, reveals the weakness of a kind of resistance journalism that has thrived in the age of Donald Trump: That if reporters swim ably along with the tides of social media and produce damaging reporting about public figures most disliked by the loudest voices, the old rules of fairness and open-mindedness can seem more like impediments than essential journalistic imperatives.
That can be a dangerous approach, particularly in a moment when the idea of truth and a shared set of facts is under assault.
