Or....and hear me out....they concentrate on getting people to the polls on a local level to get Dems elected into state legislatures so that they can redraw the districts in ways that are more geographically fair and representative, given that one of the main reasons Repubs own state governments is because they gerrymandered and salami-sliced the everlovin' shit out of districts across the country after the 2010 census.

Sounds pretty similar to the Free State Project.
Although I think 80,000 people moving to Wyoming likely wouldn't be enough, because there are probably people who don't bother to vote who might reconsider if the senate races became more competitive.
That said, if it did somehow work, then hey, I guess it can't be any stupider than Bloomberg spending 100 million in Florida, since that didn't work at all.

What bugs me about the idea is the assumption--by these two bozos and plenty of the people who commented--is that rank-and-file Democrats are just there to be used by the Party; they're barely even real people. I mean,I guess that's how the leadership of both parties see their members, how most leaders see their supporters/followers, but to see it offered up like it some sort of aha! moment?
