WTF. Read the replies. People questioning her stupid thesis--why have a uniform standard for hair--get accused of arguing from privilege. Apparently, it never has occurred to these woke wombats that many men went into the service with long hair and promptly received a crew cut. I don't know why she is even allowed to have hair that long. How's she going to manage issues with it when she's neck deep in rice paddies, with guns blazing away...

Seems like the person's now made their tweets private.
What did it say?

She's a soldier who posted a pick of her long, curly hair to whine about having to put it in a bun when she's on duty, ala "how does doing this to my hair make me a better soldier?"

I sincerely hate people like that. She knew the standard going in, freely chose to enlist anyway, and then once there complains about the standards of the job she signed up for that she knew about before signing up.
I have no sympathy for her for any hate she might be getting for such a stupid tweet.

How's she going to manage issues with it when she's neck deep in rice paddies, with guns blazing away... To be fair, the Vietnam War has been over for a long time...
