You think? They're not nearly as sad as the Cuomo Boys' fan clubs, imo. The Dems in office who were 100% on board the Cuomo train are gonna keep getting hammered on it. Ditto for the fanboys in the media (and there were a lot of them). CNN is getting put through the wringer over and over again, and I don't see it stopping.
What I find hysterical are the attempts to rebuff criticism by suggesting Cuomo's "accomplishments" should be separated from his failures, as if these were just personal failures. Hello? He abused the power of his office, over and over again, in order to sexually harass women.
Rita Glavin held her third public briefing Friday, the first without apparent state resources, to deliver specific attacks against a number of the victims outlined in the report who have alleged various instances of sexually-based harassment at the hands of her client. It's a signal of the governor's determination to weather the fallout and continue his fight against the report long after he steps down.
Lol, it's a sign Cuomo is and always has been a bully and a major-league douchebag, just like hos former running buddy, the previous POTUS.
On his final day in office, Governor Andrew Cuomo granted clemency to one of the gang members behind the infamous Brink's armored truck robbery in 1981.
And that choice is sparking outrage in some circles.
David Gilbert was the getaway driver in the politically motivated ambush at the Nanuet Mall in Rockland County that left two officers and one guard dead.
Rockland County Executive Ed Day punched back, saying:
"As if victimizing 11 women, including members of his own staff, was not despicable enough, his commutation of the 75-years-to-life sentence of David Gilbert is a further assault on the people of Rockland and New York State."
I don't much care, but I don't get why these Weather Underground douches are still treated as if they were/are something special. There are a ton of other people in prison who are every bit as deserving of clemency as any of them.
Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been stripped of the Emmy award he received last year for his famous Covid-19 briefings, the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced Tuesday, just hours after Cuomo formally resigned in response to sexual harassment allegations against him.
I'm not sure what one has to do with the other. The Emmy was for Cuomo's supposed awesomeness at holding briefings, right? The fact that he's a serial sexual predator has dick to do with that.
