Look at this: How Black and Asian American women are working together to overcome racism
Crap.
It's one thing to complain--fairly, imo--about persistent racial stereotypes and systemic racism, it's something else entirely to make these things facets of "white supremacy." Again, it's purposefully fomenting racial hatred. Moreover, it represents--imo--the potential of the Asian-American community allowing their grievances to get essentially used for the benefit of the black American community, even though the black American community is the most anti-Asian, generally speaking. This happened with women's rights activists in the past. Indeed, Tammy Bruce--before she went nutters--made a compelling case--imo--that it happened around the OJ trial, where women's rights groups--who usually worry about domestic violence--somehow ended up supporting OJ's defenders, who alleged a conspiracy to "get the black guy."
Yet, despite this shared understanding and mutual experience of what if feels like to be targeted for who you are, a dangerous media narrative has re-emerged. In the wake of a recent spike of anti-Asian violence and with little evidence, many have begun to point to a divide between Black and Asian Americans as the real issue facing our communities, instead of naming the true culprit: white supremacy.
[snip]
Time and time again, generations of Black and Asian women have come together during the darkest times in our nation’s history to create incredible progress and move our democracy forward. As white supremacy continues to be as big a threat as ever before, our solidarity will be essential to defeat it.
