...at least in my opinion.

And it's especially worthy of noting how much Trump is playing because of his specific criticisms of Obama in this regard, like this one:
Plus, the number for Trump is very likely an under; he's actually played way more often than that, maybe as many as 100 times so far, according to some estimates.
That's almost as many rounds--in the same time period--as my retired father...who lives year round in South Florida.
Probably fair to note this, as well:
Wilson was a self-important elitist (to put it nicely), so that's hardly surprising. As to Eisenhower, I have to admit that I have always considered it a plus that he played as much golf as he did, because it indicated that he was staying the eff out of the way during one of those rare moments when doing so was probably a net positive.
Trump may not be able to challenge Wilson's numbers, but he looks set to contest Eisenhower's...and that's pretty pathetic, imo.

Obama played 306 rounds while in office, a healthy amount, but well short of the estimated 1,200 rounds Woodrow Wilson played during his term, or the 800 rounds that Dwight Eisenhower played as POTUS. Still, it's more than his immediate predecessors George W. Bush or Bill Clinton, both of whom were golfers as well.
