Lots to pick through, but the one that didn't actually bother me was the ruling striking down laws which force non-union members to pay union fees.I've always thought such laws were shitty and unfair. If you're not part of an organization, or don't want to be a part of that organization, why should you be forced to pay money out of your own pocket to support them? If employees wanted to be part of unions (in Right to Work states), then they'd join them. The situation in non-Right-to-Work states (like Illinois), where employees are often forced to join a union as a condition of employment, has always seemed patently unfair to me. I think unions are important and I always applaud when they are successful in protecting work rights, but I also question the motives of any organization whose membership is compulsory and who take your money whether you like it or not. That seems more like the mob to me.

I also think this was the right decision, for the reasons stated above.

"I also question the motives of any organization whose membership is compulsory and who take your money whether you like it or not."
There is only one institution that can force compulsory membership or compulsory purchases. Compulsory union membership is as fine an example of crony crapitolism as Trunp's tax breaks for the rich and the Obama Medical Insurer's Protection Act of 2010.
That so few people recognize those situations as equivalent speaks to the effectiveness of the state-sponsored indoctrination centers.

People who essentially deny their membership in society are equivalent to preteens who complain about chores and wail that they didn't ask to be born.
Society will always have rules and government and financial requirements. It's a good thing to question what the rules should be, what level of government should be involved, and how much and from whom financial support should be required. But the knee-jerk blanket dismissal of it all as state-sponsored indoctrination and other dire rhetoric is indoctrination unto itself.
