So, Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) claims her home was vandalized on Memorial Day by people who spray-painted "antifa symbols" everywhere. thehill.com/homenews/house/556280-nancy-mace-says-her-home-was-vandalized-by-antifa-symbolsFirstly, what's an "antifa symbol?" The anarchy "A" symbol, I'm guessing? Secondly, is there a huge antifa presence in South Carolina? Possibly, I suppose, but I kinda doubt it. And why would they vandalize her home specifically? She's kind of a nobody and hasn't really done much. Anyway, if it's a legit claim, then that sucks and I hope the mf'ers who did it are caught and prosecuted. But, these types of things are often "hate crime hoaxes" (I'm liberally stretching the definition to include crimes against political enemies), and this kind of smells like it could be one. I'm not saying it definitely is but given how many of these types of claims in the past have turned out to be BS, I'm gonna reserve judgment. However, she's up for re-election, and this has likely brought a lot of attention to her campaign. And it certainly plays into the GOP's current strategy of basing their campaigns on the "culture war" against the "woke mobs," so I'm gonna keep a skeptical outlook on this one until more evidence comes out. This could be real but could also just be an attempt at the right trying to co-opt the far left's victimhood gambit.

I'm not saying it's self-manufactured BS to garner sympathy/attention/votes for her re-election campaign, but...

Yeah, the "r" and "P" look pretty similar, as well. Excellent sleuthing.
This is good:
Also, the graffiti is facing the wrong way, if the point was for her to read it.

Reading that article, sounds to me like the other graffiti incidents were probably coincidental and unrelated. Graffiti in certain parts of Charleston isn't exactly unheard of (least it wasn't when I worked out there). Same with the hammer vandalism. These are likely spurious correlations (i.e., coincidental yet unrelated occurences). Which, unfortunately, works well as a smokescreen for Rep. Mace...assuming that she's the one who did it to her own property (I'm leaning towards "yes, she did").
