Good Lord, we've got so much leftover ham, I think we're at risk of going into sodium comas over here. And unlike Turkey, ham doesn't lend itself to using the leftovers as easily. I want to make lima beans and ham, but the kids think that's gross. kids these days. Ham and eggs? This morning I made eggs Benedict. Ham salad, which I don't like. Ham sandwiches You too, eh? I've never made eggs Benedict. Ham salad! That's a great idea!

Eggs Benedict is easy if you follow this old family recipe. It goes back generations, like to before the invention of the car, and you have to do it the same way they did in the olden days. English muffins, toast in the toaster and butter them. Cut up the ham, lay a piece on each muffin. Nuke the eggs in egg poacher. (The same way the forefathers did.) Here's how to make hollandaise sauce in the traditional way. www.knorr.com/product/detail/245917/hollandaise
