Aha! NOW I understand what the kids mean by "hive mind"...

There were interwebz arguments that she'd "gone too far" and "she could have mortally wounded him" and so forth. Arguments that her response was inappropriate and disproportionate, and apparently the police agreed. I pretty much disagree, but, anyway. There's that too, when it comes to women defending themselves against groping. See, she should've been carrying. That's the problem -- there was an opportunity to involve a gun, and she didn't take it. Always Use Guns to settle anything. Shooting him would've been legit self-defense and appropriate use of force.

Why would Obama tell the Trump Campaign? (Okay, maybe the Administration keeps campaigns informed -- I'd be more likely to believe they WERE told and chose to ignore the information -- or they were screening calls, saw it was the White House, and flat-out didn't pick up the phone.)
I've long clung to the notion that Trump isn't dumb - I mean, he's a Wharton grad, so he MUST be very bright... right? He's just narcissistic, corrupt, and a compulsive liar*.
But if you offered me odds on the frequency of his lecture attendance while at Wharton, and set the mark at 50%, I'd go all in on the under.
--
*: ETA -- I don't think he means specifically to lie. He just says shit, and truth is not a factor to him. I think he'll tell the truth sometimes, in the same way that a stopped clock is right twice a day.

Oh, I agree on all points. Just saying that, while it's nice that he chose to jump in for the Thai kids - and take on the challenge of the State of South Australia's power supply, delivering in 100 days to win a $50 million bet - it would seem like a natural win-win to deal with Puerto Rico's power supply problem, now ten months old and a long way from over. Why is Puerto Rico so overlooked? It's virtually an American state. There used to be a US naval base there; I know, because that's where I was born.

Question for Musk: If it isn't all about PR, then when's the last time he was in Puerto Rico?

Since I'm now officially an Enemy of the United States, you can blame it on me. It's my gibbering that's done it. Apparently gibbering is now called "stable genius".

Fine. Meanwhile I'll blame it on cray. You're so efficient... that's what I was going to do anyway.

Twitter is the new tobacco. Everyone knows it will kill them, but they keep on lighting up, one after the other, under the delusion that it somehow makes them look cool.

I'm trying to keep quiet. For two years running, every time I think, "He can't sink any lower", the abyss responds with, "Hold my beer".
