The initiative consists of turning the steps of self-exploration into easy and memorable poses that empower women and make them responsible for their own health. Experts recommend starting the procedure monthly in all women from 20 years of age.
To explore yourself, you can use a sequence of three wrestling-inspired poses:
The adelita
First, stand in front of a mirror, press your hands on your waist and push your shoulders from front to back to observe that there are no alterations in them such as: bulges, redness, changes in color, depressions, changes in shape, secretions or protuberances.
The Bandit
Then, raise your arms and place them behind your head to check that the contour of your breasts is uniform and that both rise in the same way. Also see if you detect the anomalies that we mentioned in the first pose.

Finally, with one arm above your head, take your right breast with your left hand and explore yourself with circular movements, starting at armpit level; You have to carry out the same process with the other breast.
