The current White House correspondent for the NYT--Maggie Haberman--seems totally clueless about terrorism with her tweet:
One would think someone in her position would have a slightly better command of the facts, no?
And WaPo's fact-checker made an ass of himself, as well:
Seriously, "well, it's different because we weren't paying attention" is some kind of a head-smacker...
All of this reminds me of Gwen Ifill's (RIP, Gwen) big twitter moment in 2010, trying to mock Palin (who is easy to mock) and failing miserably.
These recent tweets prove once again that Twitter is by far the best place to stick one's foot in one's mouth.
