When you complete it, it goes directly to his 2020 campaign donation page. action.trump2016.com/trump-mms-survey/gop.com/mainstream-media-accountability-survey/Read it. For the love of our country, read it. And ask yourself if such a thing -- such a thing -- should be put out by our president. Jesus Christ. I'm appalled. ETA: As Rob notes below, I originally attached the link to the very similar survey Trump put out in August 2016. Oops! Trump recycled the questions, made it even worse, and put it out again to aid his already ongoing 2020 campaign. In my fury, disgust and general ineptness with links and windows, fueled by a belt of scotch, I got all in a dither with my links. Sorry! My point stands, though -- this shit is unpresidented (see what I did there) and unpresidential.

Ummm... www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/onpolitics/2016/08/15/donald-trump-media-accountability-survey/88758820/That survey--ridiculous though it may be--was put out in August of last year. Obviously, someone in the admin--very possibly Trump--decided to use it again to wind up Trump's supporters (and critics). And from what I see, it's working. I've clicked on a number of new stories on this and not one of them notes that the survey was already out there, had been for quite some time. And frankly, I don't get it. "In fit, Trump e-mails supporters old campaign survey about mainstream media." What's wrong with that? It still makes Trump look awful, ridiculous, etc. And it's far more correct than what's out there.

Bernie Sanders LEFT the Democrat Party? I never knew he joined.
That was written by a third-grader, right? It's just so blatantly biased, I find it hard to take it seriously. It's quite obviously pure propaganda, intended to elicit a specific emotional reaction, rather than gather information. OTOH it serves as another example of government transparency at its finest, right?
Then I think about some of my relatives, ripping down through there with a big red marker, putting a huge checkmark by each "correct" (or "politically incorrect") answer, fist-pumping and shouting "hell, yeah, ain't it the truth!"
Based on that, my first reaction, which would be to post it on Facebook with an incredulous WTF?, is probably contra-indicated.
I'm sure there have been similar pieces floating around at various left-wing sites over the last eight years, but this one, appearing on the website of a serious presidential candidate (it appears to have been there since sometime in 2016), ups the ante. OTOH, it's about what I'd expect from Breitbart or a comparable left-wing loony bin.

"In fit, Trump e-mails supporters old campaign survey about mainstream media." What's wrong with that? It still makes Trump look awful, ridiculous, etc. And it's far more correct than what's out there. Yes, it was created a while ago. But he just put it back up now. It didn't just float up and get recirculated by angry Democrats. He put it back now to stir up his supporters and raise money. He did so just after that press conference in which he bashed the press as all being liars out to get him. He's sending emails, now, as President Trump, urging "his" people to vote in the survey because hordes of Democrats are responding instead to sabotage it. Send money to President Trump now! A tweet quoting one of the emails: He is not an outsider candidate anymore. He is the president of the United States. Of all of us -- including the more than half who did not vote for him. That thing was an embarrassment even for an outsider candidate, but for a president, it is a goddamn disgrace. It is four weeks into his term. He is tearing down the fourth estate and giving an open "fuck you" to the majority of the country. He is actively trying to divide, and making no pretense at attempting to unite or represent all of us. Yeah, I see it as a problem. Why are conservatives like this driven to third-party status, while Trump has become the face of your party?

Lol, okay so this is what I get for assuming Cass is reliable... Cass, you have the wrong survey in your OP. That is the survey from August of last year, as I noted. THIS is the one that was just sent out: gop.com/mainstream-media-accountability-survey/Two different surveys, and from what I'm seeing you aren't the only who got them mixed up. And I retract my complaints.

oops. I must have mixed up my links. I'm not great with links, especially when posting from my phone. (every time I post a video, I have to do it four times before I get it right!) I was reading a dozen things at once last night following the story; I must have cut and pasted the wrong one from my many open windows. The scotch may not have helped. Sorry! But my basic point -- that he's actively circulating this piece of crap now -- stands. And that IMO, it is seriously inappropriate for a president. I want dignity and calm. I want some semblance of pursuing unity. I want the president to put country ahead of partisanship and personal gain. I'm not going to get any of that, am I? Forgive my fury -- I just can't believe the way things are unfolding. Lord knows I wasn't optimistic, but it really has my head spinning. I really did cling to some hope he'd calm down a bit as president. ETA: I admit, I very childishly filled out the survey, having some fun with the fill-in-the-blanks. when you enter your answers, you get this page: donate.donaldjtrump.com/mainstream-media-accountability-surveyAnd some poor shmuck at impeachtrump@now.com will be getting emails. I admit it was juvenile and pointless, but it was fun. I need fun.

I haven't eaten yet today and, as I was quickly scanning the post and my stomach was growling, my brain read that as "Egg McMuffin," not "Evan McMullin." Ugh, I need to go eat.

I don't think I've ever gotten a survey from a politician that was not without a ridiculous amount of bias, but this one is beyond belief. The bias is yuge.

Very, very biased. Bigly biased. The survey is just tremendously biased, believe me. Sad.
