That's just...wrong. I mean, I know palms get greased and such stuff happens, but doing it the open like this? For 2 million euros, one can become a citizen of Cyprus, get a passport from Cyprus, be a full citizen of the same (and the EU), and pass that on to children, without having to set foot in Cyprus, without having to speak nation's language, all within three months.
Of course, now I want 2 million spare euros...
