That said, some of the responses to this seem to not understand that the ad can still be seen and shared on twitter, it's just that twitter is not allowing her campaign to run it as an ad. And that's leading to claims of censorship, which I think are inaccurate.

Is it? I mean, okay Twitter isn't the US Gov't, but it's still Twitter censoring. They're deciding we shouldn't hear from a certain candidate. And I've see much worse stuff on Twitter. From the current POTUS.

Well, no. Twitter is deciding what promoted ads it will allow people to run on it's platform. She--and others--are still free to tweet the announcement as is.
That said, I think there's an inherent problem with supposing what qualifies as "inflammatory," to some extent, by people who have built-in biases. Like all of us.
