Here you go, Cass: She's our new rescue. Have had her about a month. Our "sea lion" died several months ago. I'm so sorry about your sea lion pup. But your rescue is ADORABLE! what a face on her! what kind of dog is she? What's her name?

Her name is Noel, because the rescue organization found her at Christmas time 3 years ago. We're told she's an American Bulldog. She's so sweet and calm. And get this - the rescue is run by Linda Blair. Linda Blair Worldheart Foundation. Yes, THE Linda Blair from The Exorcist. We spent several hours with her meeting different dogs. Since then we have talked on the phone and texted much. She's a wonderful, down to earth, generous and loving person who has devoted her life to rescuing dogs from kill shelters and educating people on grain-free healthful diets for dogs to prevent cancer. www.lindablairworldheart.org/

Love it! How cool that's what she's doing now. (I re-watched that movie not long ago -- still scares me to death.) Give Noel a scritch behind the ears for me. And don't let her hang out with haggis -- she'll learn bad habits.

Or Haggis will hit on her. Probably both.

Fetch me a ladder, will you, Angie?

I keep a stepladder around for just such an occasion...

MOD NOTE:
There will no stepladders for chihuahuas. This is a family forum.

Are you sure? I mean, we argue all the time, dredge up stuff we argued about months ago and rehash it, look for each other's weak points and make the most of them, and every now and then we set something on fire and roast a carcass over it.
Isn't that what family is all about?

Well, since $@!@$ cray never shows up over here, I guess robo will have to do. I just hope he's not too gamey.

Oh, he'll be gamey. But it's not like we're actually going to eat him, right? Just roast him to cinders.
